Apply eyeshadow straight from the tube to your lids or underneath the eye. For mess-free results, use the built in smudger to soften harsh edges or create smoky eyes. Finish blending before the shadow sets. Takes approximately 45 seconds. *Works best with Primer to create a base for the eyelids, absorbing excess oil and allowing for an even surface to apply eyeshadow.
